In honor of Earth Day, here are two kickass products I recently discovered and heart to death.

This is Dermalogica's microfoliant. Sounds totally weird but it's like powdered awesomeness in a bottle. It's powder that you mix with water in your hand to make a face-paste (ewwww, not like that!) that you then rub circularly onto your face for a minute and rinse off. Sweet baby jesus, my face feels/looks good when I use this stuff. This is one of those splurgy things (a big bottle is ~$40!) but I read so many reviews raving about it's magical skin-enhancing properties that I decided to test kitchen it for you. I'll bring some next time I see you and you'll understand what I mean about this shit. It's awesome and you should buy it if you like your face to look good.

This is Kiss My Face's shave butter cream. It's cruelty-free and has nothing unnatural in the ingredients and smells really awesome and is the only shaving product I have ever used that prevented razor burn under my armpits. This is a big deal to me. It's also the closest shave I've ever had, ever, and again I'm talking about armpits. I'm excited to work out later because I know that afterward, I will shower, shave my pits, and then be tempted to caress them for the rest of the day. I think this is $5 at whole foods-y type stores and it's spectacular.

I love peanut butter and dark chocolate, so it stands to reason that I would like this stuff. It's awesome. I keep finding more and more things to put it on, and I made a couple batches of peanut butter cookies with it. Really, though, it's best straight out of the jar.

At $4.50 a pop (around here, at least) it's a little pricey. It's sooo worth it though. Buy some. You know you want to.

If you're lame and dislike dark chocolate, they also make a white chocolate version and some other kinds.
